‘Synchronicity’ Site Specific Performance and Workshop

Facebook

Synchronicity is a performance created by dancer/choreographer Deirdre Morris (US), which was first presented in San Francisco. The performance is based in six movement ‘scores’. We will learn the scores together over a two hour working session and then compose with those scores in a public site, creating three different iterations (35 minutes each) over two hours. A unique performance requiring that you are comfortable performing in public and willing to connect with your fellow composers! Open for everyone above 16, no previous experience required. The workshop will be held in English, participation is free of charge (donations accepted).

‘Synchronicity’ a site specific public performance

‘Synchronicity’ is a movement based performance that is scored and live composed in site. Working with a local group of performers we build bridges and close the gaps between us, with our eyes, ears and bodies. Creating unique moments of connection with each other and the public. Performances take place in and around Blaha Lujza plaza and station. First iteration begins at 7pm, second iteration begins at 745pm, third and final iteration begins at 830pm.
