JazzaJ is an out-of-the-box music series and independent music promoter based in Budapest.
We believe that the double power of presence and listening generates a unique space where true communication is possible.
Based on improvised music and free jazz, the series offers experimental meetings with all the genres from sweet pop to bitter extreme electronics. We encourage musicians to make collaborations with musicians they’ve never played with before.
As events entitled ‘JazzaJ Extras’, we select our most experimental concerts and interdisciplinary happenings to be performed at MÜSZi – Művelődési Szint – Community & Art Level.
