„Szeretek utazni. Bárhova. Új dolgokkal megismerkedni, eltévedni, vagy letérni egy megszokott útról. Szeretem más szemüvegen át nézni a világot. Periférikus célokat keresve jutottam el Észtországba, Észak-Finnországba, Marrakeshbe, thai elefánttáborokba vagy indonéz bálnavadászok közé. A fényképezés szenvedélye az évek során hivatássá nőtte ki magát, fotóriporteri képesítést szereztem és számos magyarországi magazin, többek között a Földgömb, az IPM és a The Explorer lapjain jelentek meg távoli helyeket bemutató írásaim és képriportjaim.
Utazó fotósnak tartom magam, aki buszon, hajón vagy repülőn érkezik, néz, figyel, bámul és beleszagol a levegőbe. Ismerkedik, barátkozik, megkóstol és kipróbál, aztán keresi a megfelelő képkivágást és próbálja jókor nyomni a gombot.”
20:00 ODD HUGO (EST) koncert
Az ODD HUGO zenekart az inspiratív és vibráló képzelet hívta életre. Rando Kruus és Oliver Vare akkordjaiban és vokáljában, Kaarlo Nõmmsalu aláfestő dobritmusára csendülnek fel dalai, Aigor Post finom trombitaszólamával és Henri Aruküla harsonajátékával fűszerezve. Szabad és szellemes összjátékban. Az Odd Hugo (OH) észt zenekar 2012-ben alakult Rando és Oliver vezetésével. Az „Azok a szürke mezők” c. debütáló EP-anyaguk ízelítőt ad a 2013 tavaszán készülő albumból.

“I love travelling. Anywhere. Discovering new things, getting lost, leaving the well trodden path. I like to look at the world through a different lens. The search of peripheral destinations took me to Northern Finland, Estonia, Marrakesh, Thai elephant camps or among Indonesian whale hunters.
Over the years my passion for photography has grown into a profession. I became a qualified photojournalist and started to publish articles and photo essays about remote destinations in magazines such as the Földgömb (magazine of the Hungarian Geographic Society), The Explorer and the Inter Press Magazin. I consider myself a traveling photographer, one that arrives by bus, boat or plane, one that watches, observes, and sniffs the air. One that makes friends, tastes and tries out new things, then looks for the best composition and tries to press the shutter button at the right time.”
20:00 ODD HUGO (EST) concert
ODD HUGO is a band whose imagination comes across as warm and inspiring. It is manifested intrinsicly in the vocal and stringful textures of Rando Kruus and Oliver Vare and set in the landscapes created by the drums of Kaarlo Nõmmsalu, coloured delicately with the trumpet of Aigor Post and the trombone of Henri Aruküla. It stands independent and ingenious. OH is an Estonian band and was formed in August 2012 by frontmen Rando and Oliver. “These Grey Fields” EP is OH-s debut release – just to give a taste of sounds before recording a full album in 2013 spring.
