Sounds From A lost land will be a performance of electronic – acoustic – improvisational – music and sounds that reflect our time of “mythic – cataclysm” in a land recovering itself from its past. Inspired by sounds of the lands of central Europe, the music will be a continuous sound exploration of time and space and an homage to the lives of our ancestors that came from this region; and to those that perished for their social or political beliefs and ethnic origins.

Sandor Hassan in collaboration with Hungarian artist and musician Nandor Hevesi
Sufni Ensemble is playing in a style that mixes elements of free jazz improvisation,
electronics, to create an organic expressionistic musical soundscape.

Nandor Hevesi Electric bass
Szabolcs Vereb saxaphone and electronics
Andras Halmos drums/ percussion
Az Elveszett Ország Hangjai egy olyan elektronikus – akusztikus – improvizatív zenei és hangperformansz, ami napjaink “mítikus – kataklizma” idejére reflektál egy országban, ami múltjából épül fel. Hangjait a Közép-Európa-i országok ihletik, a zene a tér és idő folyamatos felfedezésére épül emléket állítva regionális őseinknek és azoknak, akik megszenvedték társadalmi és politikai hitüket és etnikai hovatartozásukat.
